The residential per-unit rates behind your PESCO bill — every slab, protected and unprotected, plus the surcharge, duty, GST and fixed charges that sit on top. Dated and honest about how old the figures are.
These are the residential (domestic, non‑ToU) slab rates the estimator on this site uses. They follow the NEPRA‑notified structure and were last reviewed July 2024. Pakistan revises base tariffs at least yearly and the fuel adjustment (FPA) changes every month, so treat every figure here as a working reference and confirm against your printed PESCO bill.
Charged progressively: the first 100 units at the first rate, the next 100 at the next, and so on.

Rates last reviewed: July 2024. These are indicative residential (non‑ToU) rates held on this page, not a live feed from NEPRA. Tariffs are revised periodically and fuel adjustments change monthly, so confirm against your printed bill or the official PESCO portal.
Domestic electricity in Pakistan is billed on progressive slabs. If you used 350 units, you are not charged 350 units at one rate: the first 100 are billed at the first rate, units 101–200 at the second, 201–300 at the third, and the final 50 at the fourth. That is exactly what the Bill Estimator does for you, line by line.
