How to Apply for a New PESCO Electricity Connection Online (ENC Portal)

Applying for a new single-phase or three-phase PESCO electricity meter in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is now fully digitized through the Electricity New Connection (ENC) system (enc.com.pk).

Required Documents for New Connection

Attested copy of Applicant CNIC.
Proof of ownership of premises (Registry, Fard, or Sale Deed).
Attested copy of witness CNIC.
Neighbor's latest paid PESCO bill copy (for reference grid identification).
Wiring Contractor Test Report.

Application Steps:

Step 1: Visit enc.com.pk and select PESCO as your distribution company.
Step 2: Select connection category (Domestic, Commercial, Industrial) and enter personal & property details.
Step 3: Upload scanned documents and submit the online application form.
Step 4: Print the generated tracking slip and pay the Demand Notice at the designated bank after site inspection.
